With the new Wonder Woman movie earning rave reviews, we thought it necessary to make something this week fit to feed a superhero. Sweet potatoes, chickpeas, green beans, and chicken all flavored with Italian and Mediterranean flair help this week’s lunch give you hero-level strength to make it through the work week. (Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot is Israeli, after all, so the chickpeas are an ode to her badassity).
Seriously though, Average Dudes: your two jobs this week are seeing Wonder Woman and making this recipe. You’ll likely feel inspired enough by both to start doing way cooler things than you currently are. As a side note: if you think you’re a badass already, you’ll feel terrible about yourself after you see what Ms. Gadot’s character can do.
This recipe won’t end any wars like Wonder Woman can, but it certainly won’t start any with those you share it with.
